Sunny Southwest Coast
Our first stop is at Ponta do Sol. A charming coastal town on the southwest coast of Madeira Island, known for its beautiful seafront promenade, sunny weather, and historical landmarks.
Next we head to Moledos viewpoint, that offers panoramic views over Madalena do Mar and the Atlantic Ocean.
We will then head to Calheta, where we will visit the marina and beach, and learn about the region’s historical significance in the production of sugar cane.
Lighthouse Panorama
Next, we will make our way to Prazeres, a small village nestled in the hills that offers breathtaking views of the island’s south coast. We will then continue to the westernmost point of the island, Ponta do Pargo, where we will visit the lighthouse and enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Coastline Villages
Our tour will then take us to Paúl do Mar, a charming coastal town known for its rugged coastline and traditional fishing practices. We will also visit Jardim do Mar, a picturesque village with winding streets and beautiful gardens.
Our final destination will be the seaside town of Madalena do Mar, where we will explore banana trees plantations and agricultural sites.
